April's passion for the real estate industry began at an early age. As a child, she toured new construction with her father. She bought her first home at the age of 20 and successfully turned a profit within the first year; she moved into investment properties 2 years later. By the age of 27, she had already flipped 10 properties and purchased her first multi-family complex containing 24 units. She created Modern Custom Homes, LLC in 2006 which led her to building a commercial construction company, G Contek, LLC, and managing 53 employees. She was responsible for several essential projects for the City of El Paso as well as El Paso Water Utilities.
